Simon Bailey, Head of General Crime Department
Simon Bailey has over 20 years experience as a Solicitor and is a Higher Court Advocate and also a Duty Solicitor. Simon was the first person to be appointed on the Serious Fraud Panel in Birmingham when it was created. Simon has also been a Partner in leading criminal firms in the West Midlands, equity partner at The Wilkes Partnership where Simon started and developed what became the largest criminal team in Birmingham.
Simon not only specialises in general crime and fraud but also in motoring offences and Regulatory Law investigations by Trading Standards, Environmental Services, SIA applications and the Assets Recovery Agency.
Simon joined Kangs Solicitors in 2010 to head up the General Crime/Magistrates Court Department.
