Reported HMRC Activity | Kangs Furlough Fraud Defence Team
- HMRC has initiated investigations throughout the country and deployed many Officers focused upon arresting those alleged to have committed Furlough Fraud.
- Officers have been executing search warrants and seizing computers and other digital devices for the purposes of forensic examinations in support of anticipated prosecutions.
- Additionally, HMRC apply Restraint Orders where they discover funds which they believe have been fraudulently obtained.
