Sponsorship Declaration Solicitor

An application for a visa for a spouse, civil partner, fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner or family member, can be supported and strengthened by a UK sponsor providing a Sponsorship Declaration (‘a Sponsorship Declaration’).

A Sponsorship Declaration can confirm, for example, that the UK Sponsor will provide financial support, provide adequate accommodation throughout the duration of the visit/stay and that there will be assistance with the cost of the travel ticket.

The Sponsorship Declaration and necessary supportive documents will need to be submitted with the visa application.

How Can We Help?

At Kangs Solicitors, we will prepare the appropriate Sponsorship Declaration tailored to meet the pertinent personal circumstances in the UK and assist throughout the application process.

We have an experienced team of immigration lawyers who regularly advise and assist clients with immigration issues in the UK and abroad and which has a proven track record of successfully advising and guiding clients through the immigration application and any relevant appeals process.
