Sponsorship Declaration Solicitor
An application for a visa for a spouse, civil partner, fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner or family member, can be supported and strengthened by a UK sponsor providing a Sponsorship Declaration (‘a Sponsorship Declaration’).
A Sponsorship Declaration can confirm, for example, that the UK Sponsor will provide financial support, provide adequate accommodation throughout the duration of the visit/stay and that there will be assistance with the cost of the travel ticket.
The Sponsorship Declaration and necessary supportive documents will need to be submitted with the visa application.
