Kangs Solicitors has successfully defended a client who had been accused of professional misconduct by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (‘the CIMA’), the professional body which regulates management accountants in England and Wales.

Tim Thompson of Kangs Solicitors explains how the successful outcome for our client was achieved.

Irrespective of the consequences arising from any form of professional disciplinary investigation, the mere hint of any such activity can result in anxiety and stress for the accused person, family and employees and may have a devastating effect on the business involved.

The team at Kangs Solicitors has vast experience and is highly regarded nationwide for assisting clients, including members of the various professions, facing allegations of wrongdoing of every nature.

Our team is led by Hamraj Kang who is one of only two solicitors nationally to be ranked as a ‘star individual’ for six consecutive years in the legal directory Chambers & Partners.

Other members of the team are ranked in the Legal 500 and also ranked in Chambers & Partners.
