Kangs Solicitors have been instructed to represent our client, an undergraduate student whose Child Maintenance Grant and tuition fees have been withdrawn.

Child Maintenance Grant Withdrawn | Kangs Solicitors

  • Our client submitted an application to Student Finance England, during her first year of study, for a child maintenance grant to cover the cost of placing her child into day care, whilst she attended University.
  • Following an investigation, Student Finance England alleges that our client made false declarations on her Application Form designed to obtain more money than she is entitled to receive.
  • Student Finance England has now refused to provide any educational funding in accordance with the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011.
