Natalie joined Kangs in 2011 after working for another Criminal firm in Birmingham for 4 years as Practice Manager.
Natalie has assisted Solicitors in the preparation of both Magistrates and Crown Court matters for offences such as Murder, Conspiracy to Supply Class A and B Drugs, Robbery, Theft and Driving Offences.
Natalie has gained valuable experience during this time which has inspired her to further her career in the legal profession by undertaking CILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice with a view to becoming a qualified Paralegal.
At present Natalie manages the administration aspect of the Magistrates Court Department as well as ensuring compliance with the LEXCEL standards.
