Student Finance Appeals | Kangs Regulatory Solicitors

Share

Kangs Solicitors represent a client who is an undergraduate law student who has been denied Student Finance.

The Circumstances | Kangs Regulatory Team

Our client applied to Student Finance England (‘SFE’) for reimbursement in respect of a child maintenance grant.

During her first year of study, she submitted a claim for the cost of placing her child into day care whilst she attended University.

Following an investigation, SFE alleges that our client made false declarations on the application form intending to secure more money than she was entitled to receive.

SFE has refused to provide any educational funding in accordance with the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011.

How We Are Helping | Kangs Solicitors

Kangs Solicitors are now drafting detailed submissions in order to lodge a Stage 2 Appeal with SFE.
