Murder Trial starts at Leeds Crown Court

Kangs Solicitors today start a Murder trial at Leeds Crown Court which is expected to last 6 – 8 weeks.

Kangs represent 1 of 7 defendants all charged with Murder and Violent Disorder following an incident in a suburb of Leeds earlier this year.

The Crown allege that our client  is the principal offender who stabbed the victim and who later died.

This is a complex case involving issues of self-defence and joint enterprise.

Instructed Trial Counsel are Alan Kent QC of Carmelite Chambers and Robert Morris of 3 Raymond Buildings.

    The trial continues.
