The Prosecution Case
The Prosecution alleges that our client has benefited by a sum in excess of £1m by way of his criminal conduct and that he has access to at least £45,000 by way of hidden assets.
The Defence
It is being argued that our client only earned a modest amount for his involvement in the supply of chemicals, that there are no hidden assets and our client has no free property to realise in order to cover the debt.
