Following detailed and successful representations to the Prosecution, the preparation of a detailed dossier in response to the Prosecutors Statement and the instruction and use of defence forensic accountancy reports, we were able to obtain a very favourable result for the client which included a significantly reduced benefit figure and realisable assets figure and most importantly there was no finding of hidden assets.
