Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (DBS)|Kangs Solicitors

Kangs Solicitors have been instructed to represent a client in relation to information the Police want to include on her enhanced DBS Certificate.

The information relates to an alleged assault on a patient said to have been committed by our client when she worked as a health care professional.

The Police want to include the details of this allegation notwithstanding that, following a trial at Isleworth Crown Court, she was found not guilty.

Kangs Solicitors are instructed to challenge the proposed disclosure by the Police.
