Kangs secure victory at Worcester Crown Court

Our Client, a door supervisor, was charged with inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm on the complainant outside a nightclub in Redditch, Worcestershire. Our client vehemently denied the allegation and asserted that he simply acted in self-defence. The prosecution relied on CCTV footage to seek to prove their case against our client. We set about preparing a defence strategy with the client which included extensive analysis of the CCTV footage. The significant effort put into the defence of this case paid off as following a 6-day day trial at Worcester Crown Court, our client was found 'Not Guilty' by a unanimous jury verdict.

Mr Cagin Husnu who conducted the case commented:

'This was a well-deserved victory for the client and demonstrates that sheer hard work on a case can pay huge rewards'.
