It is alleged that a victim had been held at gunpoint and demands made that a substantial sum of money be handed over.

  • Subsequently, the police stopped a vehicle with the result that three individuals were arrested and a gun, silencer and ammunition were seized.
  • The Kangs Team are now working upon the preparation of our client’s defence.
