Kangs Serious Crime Team has been instructed to represent, at Birmingham Crown Court, one of fifteen defendants allegedly involved in a large-scale conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

The Organisers allegedly operated from an exclusive apartment in North Oxford from which  the police seized a ten tonne hydraulic bench press believed to be involved in the production of large quantities of cocaine.

The accused are alleged to have supplied cocaine throughout the Greater London area, Birmingham, Oxford and the Thames Valley and whilst the quantity of drugs sold is unknown, it is estimated that several hundred kilos of cocaine have passed through their hands.

In the preparation of our client’s defence, the Kangs team will be considering telephone and cell site evidence, Automated Number Plate Recognition data, CCTV footage, covert video recordings and banking material.

It is anticipated that an expert witness will need to be instructed to consider the cell site evidence the Prosecution intends to rely on.
