Prosecution for Alleged Corruption | Kangs Bribery and Corruption Defence Solicitors

It is reported that Dr Cansun (Founder) and Andrew Bell (Managing Director), formerly of Güralp Systems Limited, are due to appear today at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

The Allegations | Kangs Serious Financial Crime Defence Solicitors

It would appear to be the position of the Serious Fraud Office(‘SFO’) that ‘the two men conspired to corruptly make payments to a public official and employee of the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources and the charges are the result of a criminal investigation by the SFO into conduct at Güralp Systems that began on 3rd December 2015.

The alleged activity occurred between April 2002 and September 2015.
