Waste Disposal | Environment Agency Prosecution | Kangs Regulatory Solicitors

Share

Kangs Solicitors have been instructed to represent a former company director charged with offences under the Environmental (England & Wales) Permitting Regulations 2010.

It is alleged by the Environment Agency that our client failed to comply with a number of permit conditions regulating the handling and storage of waste products.

The Environment Agency has served a substantial amount of material which Kangs Regulatory Team is now examining as part of the preparation of our client’s defence.

How Can We Help? | Kangs Environmental Defence Solicitors

Our Regulatory team advises clients in relation to regulatory investigations and prosecutions brought by the Environment Agency on a regular basis.

We assist both individual and corporate clients in defending allegations such as:

  • breaches of environmental permits, exemptions, registrations and licences
  • water pollution
  • land contamination
  • unlawful disposal/dumping of hazardous waste (asbestos, harmful and radioactive chemicals)
  • fly tipping

We have acted in numerous Environment Agency investigations and our experience shows that it is important for those facing such issues to seek experienced advice at the earliest possible opportunity.

At Kangs Solicitors we offer a wealth of experience in defending clients accused of such offences and field a team of solicitors dedicated to defending allegations of this nature.
